Pras, demikian ia biasa dipanggil, mendapat nilai 9,75 untuk mata pelajaran Matematika. Namun apa mau dikata, nilai Biologi-nya jauh di bawah standar kelulusan. Siswa jurusan IPA ini pun harus bersabar guna mencapai predikat lulus dengan menempuh UN ulangan pada 11-13 Mei mendatang.

Ia memang kaget sekali waktu ujian Biologi karena banyak materinya yang di luar materi yang biasa diajarkan di sekolah. Saya juga sempat shock.

Kekagetan ini tidak hanya dirasakan oleh Pras seorang diri. Para guru Pras di SMAN 68 pun tak menyangka jika Pras terpaksa menempuh UN ulangan. Pasalnya, Pras termasuk siswa berprestasi di sekolahnya. "Nilainya semua bagus-bagus. Matematikanya saja dapat 9,75. Malah, mungkin kalau dia belum pusing karena ujian Biologi, dia bisa dapat sepuluh di Matematika," ujar salah seorang guru di SMAN 68.

Pras memang gagal di mata pelajaran Biologi. Sementara itu, ia mendapat nilai di atas rata-rata untuk mata pelajaran lainnya dalam UN. Selain Matematika, ia pun mendapat nilai 9,50 untuk mata pelajaran Kimia. Untuk beberapa mata pelajaran lainnya pun nilai Pras jauh di atas standar kelulusan.

Selain Pras, terdapat beberapa siswa bernasib sama di SMAN 68. Pada tahun ini, SMAN 68 sebagai salah satu sekolah unggulan di DKI Jakarta memang mengalami penurunan dalam jumlah kelulusan siswa. Tercatat 11 siswa gagal dalam menempuh UN tahun ini. Berdasarkan catatan bidang akademik dan kesiswaan SMAN 68, hampir semua siswa yang tertunda kelulusannya ini justru adalah mereka yang tergolong memiliki kemampuan di atas rata-rata.

"Memang dalam menempuh UN itu terdapat banyak faktor yang berpengaruh pada hasil ujian. Ada siswa yang luar biasa pintar, tapi bisa gagal pada sejumlah mata pelajaran. Ini ada banyak faktor penentunya," kata Kepala SMAN 68 Pono Fadlulah.

Sama seperti Pras, hal serupa terjadi pada Rahmi Sofiyati. Kelulusan siswa jurusan IPA ini juga terpaksa tertunda karena gagal dalam salah satu mata pelajaran. Padahal, Rahmi adalah salah satu siswi yang cerdas. Pono mengakui bahwa Rahmi cukup berprestasi dan sangat mengagetkan jika Rahmi harus menempuh UN ulangan. "Padahal, Rahmi ini sudah diterima di Universitas Gajah Mada," tuturnya.

Secara keseluruhan, kata Pono, terjadi penurunan tingkat kelulusan di SMAN 68. Walaupun demikian, hal ini bukan berarti amat mengecewakan karena rata-rata UN di SMAN 68 tetap cukup tinggi. Tercatat, misalnya, mata pelajaran Matematika di jurusan IPA dan IPS total ada 11 anak yang mendapat nilai sempurna atau 10.

Dalam ujian nasional tahun ini tak ada satu siswa pun yang meraih nilai sempurna dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Namun, menurunnya kualitas siswa dalam mengerjakan soal Bahasa Indonesia ini bukan karena lunturnya jiwa nasionalisme. "Bukan karena itu, tetapi banyak faktor yang seperti saya sebutkan tadi,” kata Anom.

Untuk tingkat kelulusan, Bali merupakan provinsi dengan nilai kelulusan tertinggi secara nasional. Dari 42.572 siswa SMA/MA/SMK yang mengikuti ujian nasional, hanya 20 siswa yang dinyatakan tidak lulus.

Dalam hal pengumuman hasil Snmptn 2011 yang disesalkan adalah masih menyisakan Aksi protes terhadap hasil Seleksi Nasional Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (SNMPTN) Universitas Cenderawasih (Uncen) yang dilakukan puluhan mahasiswa kembali berlanjut ke Kampus Uncen Abepura, Jumat (1/7). Sama seperti yang dilakukan di Kampus Uncen Waena, Kamis (30/6), puluhan mahasiswa tersebut juga melakukan pemalangan di pintu gerbang kampus.

Selain melakukan orasi, mereka juga melakukan pembakaran tumpukan kayu didepan pintu masuk tersebut. Akibat pemalangan ini, sempat juga menganggu akses mahasiswa yang akan masuk ke kampus.

Dalam orasinya, Koordinator Lapangan, Michael, meminta agar para pendaftar orang Papua yang tidak diterima melalui jalur SNMPTN, dapat diakomodir melalui penerimaan mahasiswa reguler lewat jalur lokal.


Sementara itu, Rektor Uncen, Prof.DR. Berth Kambuaya, MBA, menanggapi aspirasi para mahasiswa tersebut menyatakan akan segera berkoordinasi dengan Mendiknas terkait dengan penerimaan mahasiswa melalui jalur lokal untuk mengakomodir orang Papua.

Dengan daya tampung yang melebihi ketentuan itu kata Rektor, Uncen setiap tahun selalu mendapat teguran dari Inspektorat Kemendiknas karena selalu melanggar ketentuan. Untuk itu, mahasiswa harus memahami kondisi yang ada dan sangat tidak mungkin hasil SNMPTN ini ditinjua kembali karena ini sudah menjadi keputusan pusat.

Karena itu, Rektor minta para mahasiswa jangan melakukan pemalangan kampus. Sebab untuk mengakomodir para pendaftar yang tidak lulus akan diupayakan melalui jalur lokal yakni seleksi mandiri dan SLSB. "Yang jelas apa yang menjadi aspirasi para mahasiswa akan kita sampaikan ke Mendiknas supaya kedepan ada kebijakan lain untuk mengakomodir orang Papua apakah nantinya 60 persen seleksi mahasiswa melalui jalur lokal dan 40 persen melalui jalur SNMPTN," tandasnya.

Terkait dengan hasil SNMPTN ini, Rektor Kamabuaya, mengatakan bahwa pihaknya sudah sangat mengakomodir kepentingan orang Papua. Namun menurutnya pendaftar putra daerah yang memilih jurusan MIPA sangat sedikit dibandingkan non Papua. Sehingga, dicermati jurusan MIPA ini lebih banyak diisi oleh non Papua yang memang pendaftarnya sangat banyak.


Begitu halnya dengan penerimaan baru melalui jalur undangan imbuh Rektor, banyak jurusan-jurusan MIPA yang harusnya diisi oleh orang Papua, tapi kenyataanya banyak yang kosong, sehingga kouta ini diisi non Papua. Sesuai data yang ada lanjut Rektor, jumlah pendaftar mahasiswa baru melalui jalur SNMPTN undangan 2011, putra daerah untuk jurusan MIPA yang mendaftar hanya 30 orang, sedangkan non papua 236.

Sementara itu, terkait aksi demo penolakan hasil SNMPTN, Wakil Ketua Komisi E DPRP, Ananias Pigai, SE, menyatakan akan mengundang Rektor Uncen dan Panitia SNMPTN Uncen untuk membahas masalah ini. Untuk pelaksanaan SNMPTN, Ananias Pigai berharap agar ada keberpihakan kepada orang asli Papua meskipun format SNMPTN tersebut merupakan program nasional.
